In This Together

In This Together is a contemporary line-drawing artwork created in white acrylic ink on a black wooden canvas, framed in natural oak. Measuring 100 × 100 cm, the artwork is made up of many continuous, overlapping faces — each one different, yet deeply connected.

This piece is a reflection of how much people mean to me in my own life. Every face represents a person, a story, a relationship — the quiet reminder that we are not meant to walk through life alone. The lines move in and out of one another, symbolising how we rely on the people around us for support, strength, comfort, and belonging.

Some faces are bold and clear, others softer and almost hidden, just like in real life — sometimes we lead, sometimes we lean, sometimes we hold space for others. Together, the faces form a collective whole, reminding us that community is not about sameness, but about showing up for one another.
